Step 3: Clean up the various bits of mind that will inevitably be scattered throughout your house as a result. I just joined ING Direct at chiefwagonburner's behest. Part of my savings is going to that Japanese vacation I so desperately need. I probably won't see it for 2 years, but it's in the mail, baby. I have to go back. I left my heart in Tokyo, and since I was 10 years old at the time, it's had horrible long term consequences on my health.
